IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION
Before you proceed please make sure you have read the above help page and you have created a shared email address for the purpose of receiving reports. It is a policy of the MHPOD Program that we will not send reports to private/individual email addresses, but only to shared email addresses within your organisation such as learning@yourorganisation or training@yourorganisation.
You will need to enter this email address into the "Report Receiving Email Address" field in order for a token to be generated and assigned to your organisation. You must also ensure that an account using this email address has been created on the MHPOD Learning Portal in order for us to assign the token to it.
